Postage Information

Please note that we only sell and post these telephone intercom systems to addresses within the UK.

We charge a standard £9.50 per "Exchange In a Box" (telephone intercom) for package and postage (UK only).

To prevent any potential for fraud we use PayPal (secure) to accept credit/debit card payments for these phones and we will only post to a "confirmed address". This is where your posting address is the same as your credit/debit card address details.

Once payment has been confirmed we will give your Exchange in a Box a final test and dispatch it within two working days. Please allow a further two to three working days for delivery.

We send all our "Exchange in Box" systems out by "ParcelForce 48 Tracked", so you will need to sign for it when it arrives.

Please be aware it is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct. So we recommend you always double check, as we cannot be held responsible for loss of an Exchange in a Box though incorrect details provided by yourself or PayPal.

Once dispatched if your order is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide a refund for postage.
